PMDigital Web Design – Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility: We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients with our website design services. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The client cancels the project before work has commenced.
- The client is dissatisfied with the initial design concepts and requests a refund before the revision stage.
- The project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable. This is to cover the costs associated with project initiation, including but not limited to administrative expenses and initial design consultations.
3. Refund Process: To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to info@casaslh.com within 10 days of the occurrence that warrants the refund. The request should include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund.
4. Refund Review: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the circumstances do not align with our refund policy.
5. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refunds for Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and the final payment is received, no refunds will be issued. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with PMDigital Web Design will result in a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks.
8. Changes to Refund Policy: PMDigital Web Design reserves the right to update and modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
By engaging PMDigital Web Design for website design services, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Refund Policy. PMDIgital Web Design is a registered dba of CASA SLH LLC.
